1*For the protection of the Purchaser and Seller, we require that you have your puppy examined by a licensed Veterinarian within 48 hrs of purchase. Failure to have Puppy examined within 48 hrs VOIDS this warranty. Any vaccinations given before the next due date VOIDS this warranty (read insert on vaccination protocol provided to you. Show your vet also).
2*If this puppy is found to have a health problem at the 48 hour exam and is unable to be medically treated, a replacement puppy of equal value will be given. If no puppy is available you will be first on the list for the next litter. At no time will a monetary refund be issued. This warranty is for a replacement only. This will be determined by Seller. To qualify for replacement you must return the puppy alive to the seller within 24 hrs of the exam. You must provide a signed document from the Veterinarian stating the problem. Registration papers given at the time of sale must accompany return. Seller reserves the right to acquire a second veterinary exam on returned puppy before any replacement is given. If you choose not to take a replacement puppy you loose all funds sent.
3*In the unlikely event of this puppy’s death, a statement from a Veterinarian confirming such an event and cause is required with a Laboratory report backing the Veterinarian’s statement before any action will be taken by the Seller, if cause is unknown, an autopsy is required along with a Laboratory report which is paid by buyer. Under no circumstances is this puppy to be euthanized without Sellers knowledge and consent. (Except in an extreme case where humane treatment requires immediate action.)
4*We do not guarantee against conditions brought on by stress or environmental changes that we cannot control once the puppy leaves our care. Therefore we do not guarantee against Hypoglycemia, Coccidiosis, Internal/External Parasites, Viral or Bacterial Infections. Seller will not be responsible for Parvo, Distemper or Corona virus after 48 hrs, as these are such highly contagious diseases they can be contracted immediately after leaving Seller.
5*Seller is not responsible for any Vet fees or medications incurred.
6.* All puppies will carry the "Von Der Coeur" prefix name or warranty becomes VOID.
7*All puppies are sold as pets only. No guarantee is made as to size, color, quality, disposition, or fertility.
8*Only deposits can be made by Personal Check. Final payment is to be Cash, M.O. or Cashiers Check ONLY. A $30 charge will apply on any type of returned check – NSF, closed Acct., Stop Payment, and ECT… No Personal CHECKS accepted on final payment.
9* Indiana Law shall control this agreement and this transaction. Any legal proceedings will be handled in the State of Indiana in the County of Boone. This written agreement is the entire agreement between seller and buyer of the animal concerning the health, condition, and/ or loss, and registration of the animal purchased today.
